Kip: Because she doesn't NEED any, that's why! [Uncle Rico puts his fist down, then swats a fly] Uncle Rico: You're up Kip. [makes gesture of putting on a vest] Kip: I'm just really trying to raise a few bucks now so I can bring her out for a few days. Might as well do somethin' while you're doing nothin'.
Kip: La Fawnduh is *the* best thing that has ever happened to me. Don't worry Napoleon, I'm sure there's a babe out there for you too. [Deb is making a glamour shot of Uncle Rico] Deb: Okay, turn you head on more of a slant...
In June, the Libraries welcomed two new staff members: Sandy Gekosky, a library support associate for the Annex, and Paul Campbell, subject librarian for the social sciences.
Sandy Gekosky, an OHIO alumna and former librarian, began working as a library support associate at the Southeast Ohio Regional Library Depository in the Library Annex on June 13. I enjoy working with my coworkers: Jeff, Rose Ann, and Miriam.
“My library degree is from Kent State, but I have always considered my experience in Alden’s Learning Commons as the place where I truly learned how to be a librarian,” said Campbell.
“My passion for librarianship started right here, and needless to say, I am thrilled to be back.” In his new position, Campbell will work with faculty and students in the social sciences.
